At Soap Momma Soaps, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality. Due to the personal nature of bath, body, skincare, and wellness products, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns on opened, used, tested, or altered products.
  • We do not offer refunds for scent preference, texture preference, color variation, or personal product expectations.
  • Natural ingredients, handcrafted batches, botanical infusions, swirls, colors, and appearance variations are part of the unique nature of handmade products and are not considered defects.
  • Product photos are representative; each handcrafted item may vary slightly in appearance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at soapmommasoaps@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Shipping Issues

  • Soap Momma Soaps is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events outside our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production, packaging, or shipment preparation has begun.
  • Custom orders, personalized products, and special requests are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Right to Refuse
Soap Momma Soaps reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or service in cases involving suspected abuse of policy, repeated claims, or fraudulent activity.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed product ingredients and understand this refund policy.
